Should be at peak fitness now for the rise in trip and rates highly in this field. KING'S CROSSING (2) run out a tough winner second time at Geelong over 1m4f.. Big chance. WERTHEIMER (1) is a tricky one. He was last seen running ninth, beaten 3.5 lengths in the Group 3 Bendigo Cup, which is very strong form for this. If he runs to that level, he will take some beating. LODBROK (7) has won his past two starts and hits this with a sense of timing, don't discount. CHIHULY (5) can improve off a poor run last start at Seymour.
