OAKLAND RAIDER (1) raced on the speed when resuming last start and battled on well but found one better over 5f at this track. Going well enough to take this out. HALLSTATT (2) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 13 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when eighth over 5f at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths. This doesn't look as hard so he can take this out. BEAUTY BOUND (6) kept coming but just failed to pick up the winner when fresh from a lay-off last start over 4½f at Murray Bridge. Will take a lot from that hitout. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run again. NOSIE BY NATURE (3) returned from a lay-off four weeks ago when he was beaten 2.5 lengths into 11th over 5¼f at Morphettville. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time.
