Has a strong record this course, scoring at three of five starts. Must be respected. ANTINO (2) Group 2 winner. Raced on the pace last start and lifted strongly to hold third, beaten 4.5 lengths, over this journey in the G1 Makybe Diva Stakes at Flemington. Will enjoy a drop in class so he is a major player. Toorak Handicap winner ATTRITION (3) filled a minor placing when fresh from a lay-off two starts ago. Could not back that up last time when 4.5 lengths away in seventh over 7½f at this track.
