PHARARI (12) was a dominant winner last time over 5f at Sandown-Hillside, getting home by 2.75 lengths. Has good early toe so she should be handy in the run. Best figures should see her run well. BEAST MODE (3) pushed forward from a wide draw last time and found the front, leading for most of the way before fading late to finish fourth over 6f at this track. Goes well at this journey with five wins and four placings from 11 starts and should be in the finish. SHIRSHOV (13) has had two runs since a break, the latest a 11th over 5½f at Flemington, beaten 13 lengths. Group 3 placegetter CELUI (4) lines up for the first time since June 1. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 5¼f at Morphettville. Has a strong when resuming record, scoring on two occasions from three starts. Sure to make his presence felt.
