STARK RAVING (7) turned things around last start and got the job done by 0.8 lengths after being prominent at the corner over 1m3f at Sale. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is capable of another big performance. ALLYROCK (1) built on a nice second two starts back at Moe with success over 1m4f at Bendigo a week-and-a-half ago, getting home by a nose. Likely to be in the finish again. LEGATUS (4) has been in the market at his last couple of starts but hasn't made an impression, last start finishing seventh over 1m4f at Bendigo. Worth another chance. KEEVS (3) produced another moderate effort last start when 23 lengths from the winner in 11th over 1m7f at Moonee Valley. Better than recent efforts suggest.
