INNERBLOOM (2) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 9 lengths when sixth over 1m at Caulfield two weeks ago after being in the firing line on the turn. Has the ability to figure prominently. WAITAPU (1) settled well back then made some inroads and finished 3 lengths away in fifth last time out over 7½f at Mornington two-and-a-half weeks ago. Steps up in journey. Will drift back but wind up late. Will prove tough to beat. PEPPINO (6) led from a wide gate last time over 1m2 1/4f at Moe but felt the pinch and faded out of it. Won't find this as tough. Has winning claims. BISHOP ROCK (4) showed early speed from an outside draw and held a forward position before fading to finish fifth, beaten 5.5 lengths, last start over 1m1/2f at Sale. Can figure in the finish.
