Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. DEEP CLEAN (5) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then was beaten 1.75 lengths when ninth over 7f at this track three-and-a-half weeks ago. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. PIECE OF TURF (1) resumes from a lay-off of nine weeks. Has filled a minor placing at each of her three when resuming runs. Opened last prep with a second over 5f at this track. One of the better prospects. FORTUNEER (7) scored on debut last start over 5½f at Doomben on December 8 finishing 1.5 lengths ahead of the nearest rival. Sure to measure up.
