SAI CON (3) last appeared seven weeks ago over 6f at Santa Anita when he finished seventh. This is his first run for the Lloyd C Wicker stable. Well-placed and sure to feature. MIDNIGHT LIGHTNING (7) gets out over more ground. On the back of some solid form since winning at this track on february 3 the most recent effort a fourth over 2½f at this track (dirt). Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Best form puts its right in this. CITY OF CHAMPIONS (6) showed good speed here last time over 4f124yards until tiring late and finishing sixth, beaten 5 lengths. Can bounce back. LOVELY COLLEEN (1) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 4f124yards at this track, beaten 6 lengths into fourth. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
