HEZA KVN (12) returns from a lay-off of ten months and is having his first run for a new yard. Was a winner when fresh last campaign at Retama Park (Dirt) over 2½f. Plenty to like about his prospects. Group 3 placegetter COPPER PIPES (9) started at 3/1 last time and ran below expectations, finishing sixth and beaten 1.75 lengths at Retama Park (Dirt) over 1f180yards. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. DOCS BEST BUD (11) is a four-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Jonathan Chavira stable. Finished off last campaign with a sixth at Listed level at Fair Meadows (Dirt) nine weeks ago. Not seen at the trials but looks well placed. Bold showing expected. THRILL AND FURY (8) finished seventh last time out over 1f180yards at Gillespie County Fairground, beaten 6 lengths. Profiles to run well.
