PALOMITA BLANCA (2) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then did a good job last start but found a couple better over 1f31yards at Gillespie County Fairground, beaten only 0.6 lengths. Meeting a deeper field this time but she deserves plenty of thought. LYSIUN (6) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1.5 lengths from the winner in third over 1½f at Retama Park. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. BOGARTS LIL JESS (8) was in the firing line on the bend and finished second last time over 1½f at Retama Park (Dirt) when resuming from a lay-off, beaten half a length. Likely improver with solid claims.
