JESS CHANTAL PERRY (7) did a good job on debut last start when a close fifth at Retama Park (Dirt) over 1f130yards. Has plenty of upside and can open her account. BLAZE N BARBIE (8) got a long way back when 3 lengths from the winner in seventh over 1f130yards at Retama Park last start, a less impressive effort than her fourth at Retama Park the run before. Steps up a level but she is worth another chance. ROYAL QUICK PRINCESS (9) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1f80yards at Gillespie County Fairground, beaten only 1.75 lengths after being in contention on the turn. Taking on a better field but she is capable of running a bold race. CARAMEL QUEEN (2) was beaten 1.75 lengths into fourth in a 1f80yards contest at Gillespie County Fairground four weeks ago. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
