MISTER BEAMS (5) hit the frame two starts ago at Santa Anita but ran below par last time when seventh and beaten 4.5 lengths over 5½f at Santa Anita (Dirt) after being prominent at the bend. Finds the right race this time and can get the job done. SOLDIERS SACRIFICE (6) has been in the placings at his last two starts, finishing second last time over 7f at Sam Houston Park (Dirt). Likely improver with strong prospects. DICEY WAGER (11) was in contention on the bend and finished third last time over 6f at Oaklawn Park (Dirt), beaten 2 lengths. Won't find this as tough so he is a major player. BLOCKED (13) finished ninth two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 6f at this track, beaten 8 lengths. Suitably placed so he can feature again.
