ADDRIEL (5) hadn't been far away prior to finishing 5.5 lengths adrift in ninth last start over 6f at Doomben. Meets easier opposition this time. Should be in the finish. BAD EDUCATION (9) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 20 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when seventh over 6f at Doomben, beaten 2.5 lengths. Has the class to feature in the finish. ADONISEA (1) finished third last time over 6f at Gold Coast when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 2.5 lengths. Placed to advantage so expect a big run. POET'S DAY (4) returned from a lay-off two-and-a-half weeks ago when he was beaten 11 lengths into tenth over 6f at Texas. Strips fitter and should be thereabouts.
