Great chance to break through. COSMIC CRY (13) missed the frame when resuming last start over 5f at Gundagai but wasn't all that far from the winner. Fitter and with the blinkers on he makes considerable appeal. THE BAY FOX (4) finished 4 lengths away in third last time out at Corowa. On a eight-day back-up. Drawn out but is a live chance. MENTALIA (2) is facing the starter for the first time. By Menari and comes from the Craig Weeding stable. Comes here off a Wodonga trial. Worth watching for a betting push.
