COVER THE SPREAD (3) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at this track (Dirt) over 1m. Meets some better types this time but a win is not out of the question. LADY ENSIGN (4) fought on well to finish third last start over 1m1/2f at Colonial Downs (Turf), beaten 1.5 lengths. Finds a more suitable contest and can discover winning form. HONOR THE TRUTH (1) improved last time out, finishing 6 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 1m1/2f at Timonium. Well placed and can figure in the finish again.
