MISSION NORTH (1) turned in a fair effort at Aqueduct (Turf) over 1m at his last run 12 weeks ago, finishing fourth and beaten 1.4 lengths. Rates highly and should take some beating. VAX A NATION (3) lifted strongly but just failed to pick up the winner when when resuming last start over 1m1/2f at this track (Turf). Sure to derive great benefit from that run. Has started two times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Hard to beat in this suitable race. CINDER BLOCK (6) finished seventh last time out over 1m1/2f at Saratoga, beaten 6 lengths. Key player. COVERT KAT (11) improved sharply last time out to score by 2 lengths over 1m1/2f at this track (Turf) three weeks ago. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
