PIPLUP (8) finished 5.5 lengths away in seventh last time out over 1m1/2f at Flemington two-and-a-half weeks ago. Tackles a longer journey this time. Will appreciate a drop in grade. Better placed this time and is a genuine threat. CAVALRY MAN (1) recorded another success last time over 1m1 1/4f at Kyneton making it two straight wins this campaign. Hard to fault on recent runs. SALSITA (4) finished second last start over 1m2f at Pakenham, beaten a long neck. Placed to advantage and can run a bold race. WINDS OF MARCH (5) drifted back second up last start and boxed on well to finish 3 lengths from the winner in fifth over 1m1 1/4f at Kyneton. Settles back early but winds up late. Will be doing his best work late.
