EDWARD'S CHOICE (1) showed good early dash last start and held on well to finish 0.6 lengths back in second over 7f at this track. Ready to go one better. LACIE ACE (7) finished 4 lengths away in fifth last time out over 5½f at this track when resuming from a lay-off. Steps up in journey. Right in this. YAKYAK (6) again failed to feature last start, finishing sixth and beaten 5 lengths over 1m at Albany. Should park just off the speed. One of the better hopes.
