SPANISH DOUBLOON (1) switches to synthetic for the first time. Went around as public elect last start but found a couple better over 6½f on dirt at Churchill Downs. Tough to beat again. ROCK WITH YOU (8) last appeared three weeks ago over 6f at this track when he finished second. This is his first run for the Anthony Rice stable. Expecting a big run. BALAMOR (4) ran a fair race on debut last time out, beaten 2 lengths into fifth over 6f at Horseshoe Indianapolis (Dirt) on November 17. Right in this. STEP ON IT (6) returns from a layoff of 11 weeks. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 1m at Horseshoe Indianapolis. Definite top-three chance.
