FLYING EMBERS (10) wound up strongly in the run home last start to register an impressive win over 6f at Newcastle. Has been in sound form this prep with a win and a placing from three starts. Sure to go very well. BINDI'S CHOICE (1) has been in the market at her last couple of starts but hasn't made an impression, last start finishing fifth over 7½f at this track. Among the leading chances. MISS SPACEGIRL (11) drifted back then closed strongly to score as favourite on debut over 6f at Canberra three weeks ago. Has upside and is well-placed to feature again. ONE LAST SHOT (3) turned in a fine effort to score by a long neck at this track and distance when when resuming from a break last start. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot repeat the dose.
