MYSTERIO (5) finished second, beaten 4 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6½f at Scone after she did her best work late. Nicely placed to play a major role. LUCKY STAR (2) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 4 lengths when sixth over 7½f at this track three-and-a-half weeks ago after being prominent at the turn. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. COAST GUARD (8) has raced twice. Was ninth on debut then clocked-in 4.5 lengths from the winner in third last time out over 6½f at Scone. Blinkers added. Big chance to break through. SHINE LIKE IT DOES (6) ran below expectations last start, finishing ninth and beaten 20 lengths at Kembla Grange over 1m. Finds a nice race and can make amends.
