THE HIMALAYAS (5) finished seventh two runs back at Kembla Grange then improved last time out to score by a nose over 7f at Newcastle. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. FIELD MARSHAL (8) returned from a lay-off two weeks ago when he was beaten 4.5 lengths into seventh over 6¼f at Randwick Kensington. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
