LA NARRADORA (5) finished out of the money on debut two starts back then she got a long way back and was beaten 4.5 lengths when eighth in a 6f contest at Benalla two weeks ago. Faces an easier assignment so she is likely to play a big role. THE CRUSADER (1) debuted three weeks ago when he finished 11th over 5f at Ballarat, beaten 5.5 lengths. Will take a lot from that last run and is worth following up. PINERO (7) is facing the starter for the first time. By Pierata and is out of the Patrick Kearney stable.
