BEAUCHAMP (1) just missed in this grade over 5½f at Wellington two runs back then did a fine job to finish third in open company at Warren last start.Back in trip but also back sharply in grade so he looks the testing material.GOLD COUNTER (4) had been racing well since resuming and capped it with a tough win last time out over 5½f at Armidale.Tackling a better field this time but drops 4kgs with the claim and is very effective at this trip.PULL THE TAIL (9) resumed with a very good second recently over this distance at Muswellbrook.Has failed at all three runs which is a concern, but she is still worth including.HE'S PURRING (5) hasn't been beaten all that far at his last couple of outings, both at the provincials.Goes well at this trip and back in this grade he is sure to be competitive.MAGGIE NOW (7) is hard to follow but off a 30-day freshen-up she could surprise.
