SPELLING BEE (2) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at Greyville All Weather over 1m1/2f. Should be prominent from the low draw. Finds a suitable race and can make it to the winner's circle. FRENCH FLAME (5) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 2 lengths away in fourth last time out over 7½f at Scottsville. Has the talent to put the recent run of form behind him. NOBLE CITY (9) resumes in a similar race to his last run 12 weeks ago when eighth, beaten 4 lengths. Definite top-three chance. FORGIVENESS (4) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 7f at this track, beaten 1.75 lengths. Fitter and sure to run well.
