MAJORELLE (2) turned in a modest performance when fourth last time out over 5½f at Doomben, beaten 3 lengths. That followed a win at Lismore at the previous outing. Won't find this as tough so he can play a big role. LADY TULESSA (8) showed good early speed and raced just off the lead before lifting to score by a neck over 5f at Ballina last start. Claire Ramsbotham who has scored on her three times retains the mount. Expecting a bold showing. BROKEN HERO (3) finished 11th over 6¾f at Doomben at his most recent appearance on August 19 2023. Has found a suitable race and is worth including. BARONESSA (7) is back from a lay-off of 11 months and does go well when fresh, including a win to launch last campaign over 5½f at Beaudesert. Fitter for a recent trial win at Gold Coast. Can make her presence felt while fresh.
