The well-handicapped AMAYSMONT (1) looked as though the step back up to 1m would suit when fifth over 7f at Newcastle. That outing came after four months off and a further 2.2lb drop in the weights makes him an attractive proposition. CAMACHO STAR (5) won over 7f here last time and has no problems going back over 1m, while previous course and distance winner MISS BRITAIN (2) cannot be dismissed following a pleasing fourth in the aforementioned Newcastle 7f handicap that Amaysmont contested. The unexposed DAVID'S DIVA (4) is also respected.
