KONING (1) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 12 starts. Was again denied last start when he found a couple better over 1m1f at Rosehill. Won't find this as tough so he is sure to be prominent. DIAMOND DISCOVERY (2) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when fourth, beaten 8 lengths, over 1m2f at Canberra after she was in contention on the bend. Should be peaking now and looks a clear threat. STAND IN LINE (6) finished third last start over 1m at this track, beaten 2 lengths. Placed to advantage and can feature in the finish. BELGRANO (4) gave away a big start at the top of the straight last start and finished 5.5 lengths from the winner in fourth over 1m1 1/4f at Newcastle. Among the chances in what looks a nice race for him.
