SAHARA SUE (4) could only manage sixth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 5½f at this track, beaten only 1.3 lengths. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. STANDFORGRIT (6) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when she got a long way back over 5½f at this track, beaten 2.25 lengths into fourth. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. HARBOR DEAREST (2) did her best work late and finished third last time over 1m at this track (Synthetic), beaten 5.5 lengths. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run again. BLUE EYED JO (3) is a strong fresh performer back after a break of six-and-a-half months and looking to emulate her win at Santa Rosa to kick off the last campaign. One of the genuine hopes in the race.
