SPELLZ (5) finished out of the money two starts back then she was never in contention and was beaten 3.5 lengths when eighth over 6f98yards at Orange two-and-a-half weeks ago. Finds a more suitable contest and can take this out. MEMBERS ONLY (4) did little and finished 9 lengths from the winner in seventh over 1m2f at Quirindi last start, a less impressive effort than his sixth at Gunnedah the run before. Goes up a rung or two but he is worth another chance. RED IMPULSE (2) hit the frame two starts ago at Bong Bong but ran below par last time when ninth and beaten 14 lengths over 6½f at Bathurst. This is a nice drop in grade so she is set to turn things around. IRENE OF ATHENS (3) turned things around last start and landed the prize by 1.75 lengths over 1m at Dubbo. Looks well placed so expect another big run.
