MONTEREY PENINSULA (3) was leading on the turn and fought on to finish second over 6f at this track (Dirt) at his latest appearance. Sure to give a brave sight again. UNBOWED (1) raced on the pace over 4f at this track (Dirt) last time and went on to win by 2.75 lengths. Yet to miss the placings here at this trip, including three wins. One of the main contenders. HUEY DUEY (7) is racing well, most recently finishing third two weeks ago over 4f at this track (Dirt). Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent form.
