LOYALTY BLUES (2) was prominent from the outset on debut last time out, holding on well for third over 5½f at this track. Promising type with improvement to come so he is worth following up. PEROLA (9) returned last time with a solid second at this track over 5½f. Hard to beat in this suitable race. UNCLE'S TIP (12) showed ability at her only run back on October 6 finishing second over 5½f at Launceston. Looks to have a future so she is among the leading chances. STRATOJACK (4) was allowed to drift back from an outside draw last time but found the line strongly to finish fourth, beaten 1.75 lengths, over 7f at Launceston. One of the main contenders.
