ABOUND (2) improved sharply on his sixth two starts back at Fairview All Weather with success over 7f at this track a week-and-a-half ago, getting home by 1.5 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can play a major role again. MY BESTIE (3) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time when eighth and beaten 5 lengths over 1m at Durbanville. Yet to miss the placings from five starts at this circuit. Will enjoy a drop in class so he is set to turn things around. TRAVEL MASTER (5) is coming along nicely with back-to-back minor placings, the latest when second over 6f at Fairview All Weather at his third run in from a lay-off. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Capable of testing this field. HOLOCENE (4) got the prize two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when fifth over 7f at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths. Should be thereabouts.
