INHERIT THE RAIN (4) finished 2 lengths from the winner in fourth last start over 7f at this track, an improvement on his ninth at this track the run before. The engagement of Richard Fourie is noteworthy. Likely improver with strong prospects. CHERRY ANO (2) turned in a modest performance when tenth last time out over 1m1f at Fairview, beaten 9 lengths. That followed a win at Fairview at the previous outing. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot make amends. GLOBAL ALLY (5) was well in the market again when third at Fairview and starting to prove costly but does tend to run well here. Rates well and gets chance to break through.
