Dons last call (8) had been racing consistently, finishing in the money two races on end, until finishing fourth as favourite last time out over 1m1/4f at this track.Better than the last run suggests and definitely worth following up.Becauseofthebrave (6) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1m1/4f at this track, beaten 11 lengths after being prominent at the bend.Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.April first (3) is returning from a spell of three-and-a-half months.Finished fifth at aqueduct (turf) over 6f at the first run last prep.Now with a new trainer kathleen mastin.Sound top-three prospects.Frankie c (2) progressed nicely last time out to finish just a nose from the winner in second over 1m1/4f at this track.Another forward showing is anticipated.
