WEE FAT MAC (11) has found the winning groove of late and could complete the hat-trick by following up victories over 6f at Wolverhampton and 5f at Newcastle. DARK SIDE THUNDER (1) ran nicely over 7f when fifth at Kempton last time. The return to this course and distance (3-4) looks like a huge positive and he should give a bold bid despite carrying top-weight. TYKE (7) cannot be disregarded on the back of a slender defeat over track and trip eight days ago with Mick Appleby's charge technically 2.2lb ahead of the assessor.
