KNIFE'S EDGE (3) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at Cairns over 7½f after he worked home in great style. Likely to spot them a start but charge late. Will enjoy a drop in class so he is one of the main contenders. PACKAGE (6) had been in top form landing two consecutive wins but last start missed the frame when ninth over 7f at Surat. Reunites with jockey Liv O'donnell who knows him well, including two wins while aboard. Should be in the finish. MOENAVE (1) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when a head away in second over 7f at Yeppoon when he was in the firing line all the way. Perfectly placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. MOTAMAYIZ (7) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m1f at Mackay, beaten 4.5 lengths into seventh. Well placed to turn things around.
