MISTY MALIBU (5) stepped out for the first time last start and was just fair in finishing fourth at this track (Dirt) over 5½f, beaten 7 lengths. L A Mawing a key booking. Plenty of scope for improvement and worth following up. MOONLIGHT GREY (6) missed the frame on debut then improved last time when 2.25 lengths away in second over 4½f at this track (Dirt). Will drift back but wind up late. Great chance to break through. EMERY'S ROSE (3) missed the frame on debut then progressed nicely at her second outing when in contention on the bend, finishing 2.75 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 4½f at this track. Looks well placed so expect another big run. DELAYED NOT DENIED (4) is a well-related two-year-old filly on debut. By Conveyance from Great Mom who has produced some fine gallopers, including winners at black type level. Promising type who should be monitored for market support.
