SILVER SCREEN (4) did a great job to score by 1.75 lengths over this course and distance last start in a nice progression on the when resuming performance. Has the class to produce another positive result. SHIFTING PATH (9) finished fourth two runs back at Kenilworth then improved last time out to score by one length as public elect over 6¼f at this track. Going up a level this time but he deserves plenty of thought. WILLIAM WEST (3) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 16 starts. Was again denied last start when he found a couple better over 5f at this track. The engagement of Grant Van Niekerk is a positive move. Placed to advantage so expect a big run. WYLIE JACK (1) built on a nice second two starts back at Kenilworth with success over 5f at this track three weeks ago, getting home by 1.3 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish.
