EXCUSES EXCUSES (5) won in this class two starts back by over three lengths and then finished third when up a grade here three weeks ago.He is nicely placed after the claim and is expected to go close to winning this.ZOUTELLUS (6) needed his first local start and he will strip fitter.He drops right back in trip which is an interesting move but on the form he has shown in Victoria, he has each-way claims here.NEW ROMAN (2) has been given a freshen-up since racing on both days at the Kununurra meeting for a couple of mixed results.He has a good draw and any positive market moves should be followed in.TRYSTOFF (4) is a wonderful local veteran who is racing as well as ever.He is very competitive in this class and with the benefit of a two-kilo claim, he is up to winning this.ROCK OF KRYPTONITE (1) has not missed a cheque in six starts on this track, including a win.
