Group 3 placegetter ATMOSPHERE (7) improved last time out, finishing a head from the winner in second at the end of 7f at Sunshine Coast after being in contention on the turn. Looks well placed so expect another big run. CLOUDLAND (3) held on well to finish second last start over 6f at Randwick, beaten 1.5 lengths when fresh from a lay-off. This doesn't look as hard so he can play a big role. PLUNDERING (10) has recorded two minor placings from three runs this campaign. Turned in another good effort last time out when second over 6¾f at Ipswich. Must raise the bar but another big run will not surprise. NAVAL TRADER (9) was on the speed from the rails draw when resuming last start and battled on well to finish third over 6f at this track. Ready to go a couple better.
