Group 2 winner COMRADE ROSA (1) has been kept fresh since winning over 6f in the LR Tattersall's Classic at this track. Kept up to the mark with a recent Doomben trial placing. Likely to feature if at her best. Has found the right race and is expected to run well. Multiple Group 2 placegetter LADY LAGUNA (4) did well when resuming over 5½f at Randwick last start, finishing second and beaten 0.9 lengths. When resuming run. Leading chance on best form. Multiple Group 3 winner PARISAL (2) has been kept fresh since filling a minor placing in the LR Always Welcome Stakes at Flemington over 6f seven weeks ago. Looks to be ticking over nicely judging by a recent trial win at Rosehill. Nicely placed and should be involved in the finish. EXTREMIST (3) showed early speed from an outside draw last time and led for much of the way before fading to finish fourth, beaten 1.75 lengths, over 6½f in the LR Just Now Quality at Eagle Farm. Winning rider Robbie Dolan stays aboard. Can play a role in the finish.
