STARSPANGLEDANCER (3) returns after a lay-off of three-and-a-half months. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 6f at this track. Rates highly and should take some beating. CALL IT A LOAN (5) is a locally trained gelding who just missed last time when a head away in second at this track over 6f. Genuine contender. JUST FOR MARCUS (1) raced on the pace last start and lifted strongly to hold third, beaten 2.5 lengths, over this journey at this track. Nicely placed to go a couple better.
