ESJAY (2) showed good early dash and raced on the speed last start before fading to finish 3.5 lengths back in fourth over 5½f at Gatton. Expected to be in this for a long way. TATTLE (7) showed good early speed and led into the straight before fading to finish tenth, beaten 4 lengths, over 6½f at Toowoomba. Will take some running down. GROOVIN' THE MOO (1) finished fifth two runs back at Doomben then improved last time out to score by a nose after being prominent at the bend over 5¼f at Rockhampton. No reason he cannot salute again. CRAIGLEA ETNA (8) showed good early speed over 5½f at Gatton last time and went on to salute by 1.3 lengths. Has the pace to take up a good early position from the favourable alley. Must be respected.
