NOTLEANORMEAN (7) finished third at Wagga two runs back but was less effective last time over 7f at Seymour, finishing 11 lengths back in eighth after being in the firing line on the corner. Nicely placed to make amends. AT THE MINT (5) finished 2.25 lengths away in fifth last time out over 5f122yards at Benalla two weeks ago. Tackles a longer journey this time. Solid winning chance. ADKI (4) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 9 lengths when tenth in a 7½f contest at Mornington a week-and-a-half ago after being prominent at the corner. Finds a nice race and can figure in the finish. TURNAQUID (8) was beaten 1.5 lengths into seventh in a 6½f contest at Wangaratta three-and-a-half weeks ago. Nicely placed to find some form.
