ORTUS (13) finished out of the money but was not too far away when resuming last start over 6f at Laurel (Turf). Won at his only tr. Well-placed to turn things around. ICY FLAVOR (7) finished tenth when resuming from a break on turf over 5½f at Saratoga then backed it up with a minor placing but on dirt over 6f at this track last time. Making progress. Worth following up back on turf. RUSSI (6) returns after a spell of ten weeks. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 5½f at Saratoga. Definite top-three chance. DR SETTLE'S DREAM (15) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a fourth over 6f at this track (Dirt) after being handy for much of the way. Can break the run of outs.
