EMPHATIC BEL (10) returns from a lay-off of three months and is having her first run for a new yard. Finished tenth at Gunnedah over 5f when when resuming last time in work. Rates highly and can return in winning form. INTERNATIONAL (1) led throughout last start to score an effortless 2 lengths win over 5¼f at Inverell. Sure to take some stopping again. HOORINI (11) has a moderate winning strike-rate but impressed when returning from a break last time at Mudgee, finishing second and only 1.5 lengths from the winner at the end of 5½f. Facing a tougher assignment but he is worth serious consideration. JACKYY DEE (2) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a ninth over 5f at Taree. This is a nice drop in grade so he is a major player.
