CANGGU (2) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing third last time out over 7½f at York. Drawn to go forward again. Must raise the bar but this looks well within his grasp. JARMAN (3) turned in a strong run two starts ago at Northam then failed to back it up over 1m3/4f at Kalgoorlie last time, beaten 4 lengths into sixth. Looks better placed over this shorter trip so he is right in this. ANGEL'S MY NAME (7) was below her best last time when 12th after being in the firing line on the bend over 1m at Ascot, beaten 10 lengths. Will enjoy a drop in class so she is sure to be prominent. ALBERT (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at York, beaten 2.5 lengths into seventh. Well placed to turn things around.
