ENABLER (2) showed little early speed then came with a powerful run to finish third last time out over 5f at Emerald. Will be a major player again. MAGICAL SLIPPER (5) was safely held when fifth last time out over 6½f at Longreach, beaten 4 lengths. That followed a win at Morven at the previous outing. Tackling a deeper field this time but she is good enough. METAL ROCK (6) was safely held when second last start over 7f at this track, beaten 5 lengths. That followed a good when resuming win at Julia Creek. Finds a tougher race but a better run will not surprise. RESTRICTIONS (4) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 6f at Bowen, beaten just 2 lengths. Nicely placed to maintain the form.
