Group 1 placegetter ANGKOR (5) was in the firing line all the way and fought on for third last start over 7f in the G1 Forego Stakes at Saratoga (Dirt), making it two minor placings in a row. Finds a suitable assignment and can take the next step and salute. Group 2 placegetter BANGO (1) was last at the races when he finished eighth over 6½f in stakes class at this track (Dirt) on June 29. Comes here with definite claims. SPANKSTER (3) drifted well back and failed to finish it off last start when eighth, beaten 5 lengths, over 5½f in stakes class at Ellis Park (Turf). Has the talent to figure prominently. DISCO BALL (4) scored last start at Saratoga (Dirt) to make it three wins from three starts this campaign. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Don't underestimate.
